CU Insurance Solutions is pleased to announce the selection of Randy Judkins to become their new Training Director. A native Mainer, Randy brings a unique set of skills and experience to this position. Since 1975 he has performed his one person, multi-character original show in over 25 states, Canada and Europe. Throughout his career, Randy has created topical pieces for schools and businesses, has been a professional speaker, performance coach, visiting artist in residence and created educational and corporate programs focused on team building, leadership skills and change management.
In 2001, Randy founded the Maine Hysterical Society – a sketch comedy and singing trio. He has also been a script and character consultant for Tri-Star Pictures, a juggling and high wire trainer for “Circus of the Stars” in Hollywood, and the Master of Ceremonies for the (Patrick) Dempsey Challenge Hope and Healing Banquets in 2009 and 2010.
Randy has been a teaching artist in numerous school systems throughout Maine and New England. Other educational assignments have included adjunct theater faculty member at USM, instructor of clowns at the Ringling Brothers Barnum & Bailey’s Clown College, master classes in ‘creating physical character’ at Juilliard School of Drama in NYC and a professional tour guide in Acadia National Park.
As Training Director for CU Insurance Solutions and its subsidiaries, Randy will have responsibility for coordinating, managing and disseminating all web-based and live training programs for CU Insurance Solutions’s credit union clients. He will work closely with various strategic partners to facilitate program and product education as well as create and administer other creative training programs designed to enhance the business relationship between CU Insurance Solutions, its subsidiaries and their business partners and clients.
