CU Insurance Solutions Names Nate DelGiudice as President and CEO
Westbrook, Maine
The CU Insurance Solutions Board of Managers and our team are pleased to announce the appointment of Nate DelGiudice as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective September 21.
DelGiudice has served as Interim President and CEO since April 2026. During his six years with Insurance Trust and CU Insurance Solutions, he has held several leadership and relationship-management positions, including Executive Vice President, Director of CU Development, and Account Relationship Manager.
Following a comprehensive search and interview process conducted by Smith & Wilkinson, Nate was selected for his collaborative leadership style, strategic perspective, and genuine commitment to CUIS employees and the communities the organization serves.
Nate says, “I am honored to lead an organization dedicated to serving credit unions and strengthening the communities they support. Credit unions exist to improve their members’ financial well-being, and I am excited to advance that mission through expanded partnerships, innovative solutions, and continued growth in the value we bring to the credit union movement.”
DelGiudice brings a strong financial and accounting background, and throughout his time with CUIS, he has shown a passion for learning, teaching, and helping others, along with a proven commitment to protecting the best interests of the organization’s clients and partners through genuine, transparent relationships.
